Lions Foundation

Kent Wehmeyer, Foundation President and Bob Boynton, Scholarship Chairman. Annually in the late Summer, the Foundation “arm” of the Lions Club comes together to determine grant dollars to those nonprofits who applied for specific project support. Lions provides scholarships for childcare licensing programs. Additionally, scholarships are awarded in the Spring to high school graduates for further educational endeavors.

The Lions’ Foundation is our 501(c)3 organization that disperses the money raised via annual grants to nonprofit organizations in our community, as well as scholarships to students to further their education.
