The Fraser River Valley Lions Club is a service organization that gives 100% of the proceeds we raise back to the community. All our officers, committee members and general membership are unpaid volunteers. We raise money through activities including pancake breakfasts, golf tournament and other work, rather than asking for contributions. The Club is not political, religious or oriented to business; we are simply dedicated to helping our community.

The Fraser River Valley Lions Club is the local branch of the world’s largest service organization, Lions Clubs International, which has 1.35 million members in over 200 countries. Our local Lions Club gives thousands of dollars each year in scholarships to local students, grants to local non profit organizations and built the Lions Pavilion next to the Lions Ponds (which we stock) near Safeway. Additionally, we have provided free eyeglasses and vision exams for those in need, and much, much more.
